Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident choosing a TankHaven3D piece. Review the dimensions, size, and color before checkout, and contact us promptly if something is wrong.
Returns and exchanges
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Approved items must be mailed back within that 30-day window in their original, unused, and undamaged condition. Do not place an item in an aquarium before deciding to return it.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on preference-based returns and exchanges. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend using trackable return shipping because you remain responsible for the package until it is delivered to us.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Email support@tankhaven3d.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. When an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-returnable items
Used items, items that have been placed in water, items returned in damaged condition, and custom or specially modified products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Cancellations and refunds
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. We can cancel and fully refund an order that has not entered production or shipped. Once production begins, cancellation is not guaranteed. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected; bank processing time may vary.
