Shipping Policy
Every TankHaven3D piece is made to order, checked, and packed by our small shop before it begins its trip to you.
Where we ship
Website checkout currently supports delivery within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping through tankhaven3d.com.
Processing time
Every piece is made to order. Orders ship within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. federal holidays. If an unexpected delay would prevent that, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Shipping price
Standard U.S. shipping is $5.99 for the first item plus $1.99 for each additional item in the same order. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at secure checkout.
Tracking and delivery
We’ll email your carrier and tracking number after the package ships. Standard U.S. transit usually takes 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier. Tracking may take several hours to update after the carrier receives the package. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may change because of weather, service disruptions, or other conditions outside our control.
Address changes and delivery problems
Email support@tankhaven3d.com immediately if your address is incorrect. We can only change it before the package ships. If tracking shows a delivery problem, contact us and the carrier so we can help investigate.
