These terms apply when you browse tankhaven3d.com or place a website order. By using the site, you agree to these terms and the linked store policies.
Products and orders
Product colors can appear different across screens and may show minor variation between made-to-order pieces. Dimensions are approximate. We may correct listing or pricing errors, limit quantities, decline an order, or cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled.
Payment, tax, and shipping
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Stripe processes payment, and applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout. Our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.
Aquarium use and care
Rinse each piece thoroughly with clean water before placement. Do not use soap, detergent, or household cleaning chemicals. Choose a size and opening appropriate for your animal, supervise how animals interact with new décor, inspect the item regularly, and remove it if it becomes damaged or develops sharp edges. TankHaven3D products are décor and habitat accessories, not toys or life-support equipment.

TankHaven3D branding, text, photography, graphics, and website design are owned by or licensed to TankHaven3D. You may use the site for personal shopping and may not copy, scrape, republish, resell, interfere with, or misuse the site or its content.
Availability and warranties
We work to keep product information and the website accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected immediately. To the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in these terms and policies. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TankHaven3D is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of California and applicable federal law, without limiting consumer rights that apply in your state. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date.
